Take advantage of the flexibility and intelligence of your BMW motorcycle's CAN bus electrical system to dramatically simplify the installation of accessories with the new and improved DENALI CANsmart™ GEN II controller.

Description

The DENALI CANsmart™ controller offers plug-and-play installation and integrated control of up to four accessories, enabling dozens of customizable configurations that can be directly controlled from the BMW "WonderWheel" or the CANsmart™ accessory management software.

The four circuits in CANsmart are pre-programmed to connect and independently control two sets of DENALI 2.0 lights, a SoundBomb horn, and our auxiliary B6 brake light.

Features

High/low synchronization: configure auxiliary lights to switch between programmable high/low settings using the factory high-beam switch.
On/off and dimming: independently control two light sets and change their brightness (for both day and night) directly from your vehicle's original switches.
Modulate lights: configure auxiliary lights to modulate, increasing your visibility to other drivers.
Flash to Pass: Need to get someone's attention? Press the high-beam switch three times and the auxiliary lights will flash three times faster.
Cancel with turn signal: switches off the corresponding auxiliary light when the turn signal is activated, preventing powerful auxiliary lights from overpowering your signal.
Inverse flashing with hazard lights: flashes auxiliary lights alternately with the hazard lights, increasing visibility during roadside emergencies.
Plug & Play horn installation: quickly and easily connect high-power aftermarket horns such as our SoundBomb™ without adding an extra harness or relay.
Delayed timeout: accessories on this circuit can be configured to remain powered for up to 30 seconds after switching off the motorcycle.
Onboard power: the "accessory" circuit option is ideal for powering your GPS, phone, heated gear, or any other electronic device.
Strobe with horn: when selected, CANsmart™ software automatically strobes the auxiliary lights when the horn sounds. This works with either the factory horn or a SoundBomb™ horn.
Deceleration-activated "smart brake" technology: CANsmart™ reads vehicle speed in real time to activate the auxiliary brake light during deceleration, even before you touch the brake. You can adjust sensitivity and the minimum speed at which the smart brake function activates.
Brake flash patterns: CANsmart™ provides four different flash patterns that make our super-bright auxiliary brake lights even more noticeable to drivers behind you. Configure them to flash only under hard braking, flash continuously when the brake is applied, or flash rapidly four times and then remain steady (California-legal flash rate).
Circuit function selector: the CANsmart software circuit function selector lets you run any accessory on any of the four circuits. Click a circuit icon to open the dropdown and select from the available circuit functions.
Switched power supply: CANsmart™ provides a universal "accessory" option with clean, switched 12 V power. Any accessory connected to this circuit turns on and off with the ignition.
