Description

The Lane Splitter was the first Biltwell helmet designed to meet comprehensive motorcycle safety standards in Europe a decade ago. Today, our feature-rich helmet, built for high-performance riders, boasts ECE R22.06 certification to ensure high levels of safety and protection for the rider.

Features
  • The injection-molded ABS outer shell is lightweight and highly impact-resistant
  • The aggressively styled shell features front, side and rear vents for improved interior airflow, moisture dissipation and cooling
  • The new dual-density expanded polystyrene (EPS) inner safety shell absorbs and dissipates impact energy without compromising comfort
  • The removable BioFoam spoiler underneath the chin bar reduces turbulence below the rider's face
  • The molded urethane chin bar pad dissipates energy during a frontal impact
  • The chin strap features brushed fleece Lycra contact points for comfort and a D-ring retention system with a red quick-release tab for fast removal
  • Heavy-duty hinge hardware with sturdy detents allows riding with the shield open at low speeds for increased cooling airflow
  • The anodized aluminum washers and stainless steel hinge screws can be swapped for different colors and finishes to customize your helmet (hinge hardware kits sold separately)
  • The removable/replaceable comfort liner and cheek pads are made from fleece Lycra with open-cell foam padding to absorb and evaporate perspiration
  • The new contoured BioFoam head panel and ventilated polyester padding maximize airflow around your head for cooling and comfort
